Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This form reserves your child's space in camp. The balance for each week is due on the first day of drop off for each week, but is not charged if you're unable to attend.

-Tulsa Summer Camp offers 12 weeks of camp this Summer. Summer Camp weeks are listed on this sign up form and are priced at $359/wk, but can be reserved for less until discounted spaces are full.

-You may enroll for 1 week or up to 12 weeks by paying a $10 reservation deposit per week

-Reservation deposits are applied to the cost for the week but are
not refundable or transferrable

-Once this online form is completed, your child’s space is reserved, however, a paper registration form and an immunization form must still be submitted.

Camp Requirements

-Campers must be age 5-11 years old to attend camp. Our accreditation does not allow children younger than 5 or older than 11

-Campers may bring a lunch or may purchase a pre-packaged lunch daily for $5 (charged at the end of the week, no cash needed)

-Healthy snacks are provided free of charge, but parents are welcome to pack additional snacks

-Campers should wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing

-Closed toed shoes are required everyday

-Wednesdays are pool days. Campers must bring a swimsuit, towel and if desired, a coast guard approved life jacket. sunscreen is provided by Motion Tulsa.

Notes:

Special Allergy needs are always accommodated, but parents must supply our staff members with adequate instructions for preventing allergy attacks, any necessary medications, etc. when completing the registration form.
